Jessica Öberg is the CEO of Combitech, a technology and consulting partner with approximately 2,700 experts across Sweden, Finland, and India.

Jessica has extensive experience at the Saab Group, where she has held several senior leadership positions in Sweden and internationally. Under her leadership, Combitech has strengthened its revenue and profitability while further deepening its role within total defence.

Her leadership is characterised by a strong focus on development and collaboration, which was recognised with the “CEO of the Year” award in 2024 in the large company category.

Jessica drives Combitech’s vision of creating a smart, secure, and resilient society.
